Carter (finger) is out for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Not much of a surprise here, as Carter is getting closer to the three-week timeline to be reevaluated after suffering a fractured third metacarpal on his left hand earlier this month. His next chance to feature will come against the Hornets on Sunday, but his chances of actually featuring in that matchup are slim.

Eubanks (ankle) won't play in Friday's game against the Grizzlies.

Eubanks picked up the ankle injury during Wednesday's game against the Warriors and was unable to return. The severity is currently unknown, so it remains to be seen if Eubanks will be ready for Sunday's game against the Knicks. We could see more of Chimezie Metu and Keita Bates-Diop against the Grizzlies on Friday.

Duren (ankle) is available for Friday's game against the Pacers.

Duren isn't even showing up on the injury report which is a great sign. He missed the past five games for Detroit, but he practiced in full on Wednesday without any setbacks. Presumably, Duren will be back in the starting lineup and will look to build some momentum again after a strong start to the campaign.

Robinson was sent to the G League on Thursday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Robinson saw increased run during Wednesday's win over the Cavaliers, as Bam Adebayo (hip) was out. The starting center is questionable again, and it's unclear if the organization plans to call Robinson back up if Adebayo sits.

Adebayo (hip) is questionable for Friday's matchup against the Knicks, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Adebayo was surprisingly ruled out against the Cavaliers on Wednesday, but the Heat still secured an easy 129-96 victory. If the big man is out again, Thomas Bryant could once more see extra minutes. Orlando Robinson, who saw an increased workload Wednesday, was sent to the G League on Thursday.

Sims was called up from the G League to the NBA on Thursday.

Sims has been getting spot run with the Knicks, but he's unlikely to play a meaningful role unless Mitchell Robinson or Isaiah Hartenstein suffer an injury.

Murray (back) has been ruled out for Friday's matchup against the Timberwolves, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.

Murray will miss a second consecutive game due to the injury, and the Kings are going to be cautious with their starting power forward. Sasha Vezenkov and Trey Lyles are candidates to absorb some of Murray's minutes, and his next chance to play will come next Tuesday against the Warriors.

Antetokounmpo is probable for Friday's game against the Wizards due to an illness.

Milwaukee's injury report is clean for the most part, and it sounds like Antetokounmpo will push through his illness Friday. We could get another update after Friday's morning shootaround. Antetokounmpo most recently put up 21 points, 13 rebounds and five assists against the Celtics on Wednesday.

Achiuwa (knee) is questionable for Friday's game against the Bulls.

Achiuwa sat out Wednesday's close win over the Pacers -- his first absence since Nov. 8. If he's out once more, Otto Porter, Jakob Poeltl, Chris Boucher and other frontcourt options are candidates to see more run.

Young (illness) is questionable for Friday's tilt against the Bulls.

Young has missed four straight games. He's not a regular part of the rotation when healthy.

Swider was recalled from the G League to the NBA on Thursday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Swider has only played two minutes with the Heat this season. However, the Heat may want him available Friday, as Duncan Robinson (thumb) is questionable.

Love (personal) is back with the Heat and is not listed on the injury report for Friday's game against the Knicks, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Love sat out Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers due to a personal absence, but he'll be back in the fold Friday. It's possible he will see extended minutes if Bam Adebayo (hip), who is listed as questionable, is sidelined. Duncan Robinson (thumb) is also questionable.

Watanabe (quadriceps) will not play in Friday's game against the Grizzlies.

This will be the fourth straight game on the shelf for Watanabe, and his timetable is still a bit murky. His next chance to play will be Sunday against the Knicks. Nassir Little has picked up a bit of momentum with so many injuries in Phoenix, scoring in double digits in each of his last three games.

Bogdanovic (calf) will not play in Friday's game against the Pacers.

Bogdanovic (calf) practiced fully Wednesday, so his return is on the horizon. With a couple more practices under his belt, he could be ready to make his first appearance of the season on Monday against the Wizards.

Brown is listed as questionable to play Friday against the Magic due to a right adductor strain.

The potential absence of Brown could represent a huge blow for the Celtics, especially since Jrue Holiday (ankle) is also carrying an injury designation. Not having their second-best scorer could be massive for Boston, and if Brown ends up being ruled out, then Sam Hauser would be in line to earn a bigger role. Brown is averaging 21.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 33.9 minutes across his first 14 appearances.

Cain was recalled from the Skyforce on Thursday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Cain has appeared in just two games with the Heat, though his second appearance resulted in eight points, five rebounds and two steals in 25 minutes during a loss to Minnesota on Oct. 28. It's possible coach Erik Spoelstra wants him available, as Duncan Robinson (thumb) and Bam Adebayo (hip) are questionable for Friday's matchup against the Knicks.

Reed logged 10 points (5-9 FG), nine rebounds, one assist, four blocks and two steals in 26 minutes during Wednesday's 112-99 loss to Minnesota.

With Joel Embiid (hip) sidelined, Reed was given extra run, though he surprisingly came off the bench while Marcus Morris got the start. Reed continues to prove that, when given the minutes, he can produce excellent fantasy numbers. However, head coach Nick Nurse has shown hesitancy to play Reed and Embiid together, capping the 24-year-old's upside.

Hield amassed 31 points (12-17 FG, 7-12 3Pt), two rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 132-131 loss to the Raptors.

Hield has had limited scoring output for most of the season, but he's joined the starting lineup in his last two appearances and has posted his two highest scoring totals of the year while shooting 72.2 percent from beyond the arc. Despite Hield's lackluster results earlier this year, he's been dominant as a starter, so it certainly seems possible that he retains that role.

Oladipo will not play in Friday's game against the Nuggets.

Oladipo has yet to appear in any games this season and remains without an official timetable to return. He should be considered doubtful for Tuesday's game against Dallas.

Rollins (knee) will not play in Friday's game against the Bucks.

Rollins is usually a fringe rotation player for the Wizards, so his absence doesn't have many fantasy implications.

Powell (groin) is questionable for Friday's game against the Pelicans.

Powell is day-to-day due to some soreness in his right groin. If he's unable to suit up Friday, Russell Westbrook could have a larger role and Amir Coffey could get a rare opportunity to step up.

Jones is questionable for Friday's game against the Timberwolves due to left hip soreness.

Jones is just a fringe rotation player for the Kings, so his status won't have many fantasy implications. Jones has averaged 3.4 points and 1.6 rebounds in 8.6 minutes across eight appearances this season.

Ellis (ankle) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Timberwolves, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.

Ellis will miss a third straight contest due to a left ankle sprain, but he wouldn't be a factor in most fantasy formats even if available since he's averaging just 12.0 minutes per game. Ellis' next chance to feature will come against the Warriors next Tuesday.

Harris (shoulder) will not play in Friday's game against the Pacers.

This will be the ninth straight game on the shelf for Harris, and it's unclear if he'll be ready in time for Monday's game against the Wizards.

Payton (foot) is probable for Friday's game against the Spurs.

Payton missed the last three games for the Warriors due to a foot sprain, but he's expected to return Friday which could give the Warriors a spark on the defensive end. Despite seeing just 17.3 minutes per game, Payton is averaging 1.2 steals.

Holiday is probable to face the Magic on Friday due to a right ankle sprain.

Holiday is going through a rough patch of late, scoring 11 or fewer points in each of his last three appearances while shooting 30.8 percent from the field and 27.3 percent from three in that span. Derrick White could slot into the point guard role and Al Horford might slot into the lineup if Holiday can't play Friday, but the probable tag suggests he'll be available.

Fultz (knee) is out for Friday's game against the Celtics.

Fultz will miss an eighth consecutive game while dealing with tendinitis in his left knee, and he doesn't have a clear timetable for his return. The Magic are making the right call by being cautious with a player with a lengthy injury history, and his next chance to return will come against the Hornets on Sunday. Anthony Black, Cole Anthony and Gary Harris will handle a bigger workload while Fultz remains out.

Murray (hamstring) has been downgraded to out to face the Rockets on Friday.

Murray was always expected to be sidelined for Friday's contest, so this is not a surprise. Hamstring injuries are extremely tricky, and the Nuggets are taking a cautious approach with one of their best players. Reggie Jackson will remain as the starting point guard, while Murray's next chance to return will come Sunday at home against the Spurs.

McBridge was called up to the Knicks from the G League on Thursday.

McBride is a defensive specialist for the Knicks and has appeared in 11 of the past 12 games, though he's seen double-digit minutes only once.

Maxey ended with 16 points (7-19 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT), five rebounds, eight assists and one block in 34 minutes during Wednesday's 112-99 loss to Minnesota.

Maxey failed to make a three-pointer for the first time since Nov. 2, and the result was a season-low 16 points. He played well despite the poor shooting from distance, though the 76ers lost 112-99 without Joel Embiid (hip). It was also the second night of a back-to-back for Maxey and the Sixers, which could have contributed to his rough shooting from deep.
